I have eight years tutoring experience, specialising in 7+ to 11+ exams, as well as secondary school English and drama. I teach English, maths, reasoning, interview preparation and drama.
Having worked in a variety of primary schools, teaching phonics and giving 1:1 support, I became extremely passionate about how personalised teaching can push students to exceed their expectations. This dedicated focus can enhance a child’s confidence in such a positive and productive way: it is always a pleasure to watch a student grow and achieve. I also have valuable experience working with SEN children; this has undoubtedly enhanced my ability to adapt and cater my teaching style to each individual.
I am passionate about drama and creativity. I use this personal enthusiasm for performance to cultivate a creative, engaging, energetic and ultimately fun learning experience for each of my students.
