I have tutored KS1 to KS5 English and I have taught for many years. Students have succeeded in passing their entrance exams to some of the country’s leading independent schools and many past tutees have succeeded in achieving grade 9 at GCSE.
I have also supported students with needs as diverse as dyslexia, autism, ADHD, and low self-esteem.
Ofsted have graded my teaching in a classroom setting as ‘Outstanding’ numerous times over the years.
My style of teaching has been described as creative, engaging, and caring.
Having marked for an exam board, I am very skilled at helping students fulfil the remit of an assessment rubric and will tailor lessons to support your child’s learning preferences so they can achieve their goals.
I find teaching rewarding, fulfilling, and stimulating and my aim is to convey my love of the subject to your son or daughter.
