BA (Hons) University of Pisa, Italian Language and Culture for Foreigners, first Class Honours.
I am a native Italian tutor with a strong academic background and a genuine love for language, culture, and teaching. I graduated with full marks (110/110) from the University of Pisa, one of the most ancient and internationally respected universities in Italy, renowned for its long academic tradition and excellence in the humanities.
I believe learning a language should feel encouraging, engaging, and enjoyable. My lessons are interactive and communicative, and I focus on helping students feel at ease using Italian while gradually building strong foundations in grammar, vocabulary, and speaking. I aim to create a relaxed and positive learning environment where confidence can grow naturally.
I have experience supporting learners at different stages of their learning journey, including GCSE Italian preparation, and I enjoy adapting my teaching to each student’s age, level, and goals. I take real pleasure in helping learners develop both skills and curiosity, keeping lessons clear, supportive, and motivating.
I also have a deep passion for art and art history, which often inspires my teaching and helps bring the language to life. For me, Italian is a living language shaped by culture, creativity, and everyday experience, and I love sharing that enthusiasm with my students.
